William Way LGBT Community Center Welcomes Josh Miller-Myers as New Chief Development Officer

Philadelphia, PA – William Way LGBT Community Center is thrilled to welcome Josh Miller-Myers (he/him/his) as our new Chief Development Officer (CDO). With nearly 15 years of experience in nonprofit management and philanthropy, Josh brings a deep commitment to community building and a strong vision for the Center’s future.

Josh joins us from TD Bank, where he served as Corporate Citizenship Manager, overseeing national grantmaking in healthcare and the arts. Prior to that, he spent over a decade leading fundraising efforts for Philadelphia-area nonprofits focused on health, social services, and financial stability. His passion for strengthening communities and fostering meaningful partnerships makes him a natural fit for William Way.

Having found community and connection through William Way, from Liberty City Democrats meetings to Stonewall yoga classes, he’s eager to give back to the space that helped shape his chosen family. As CDO, he looks forward to building strong relationships that bring supporters, community members, and partner organizations together in new and creative ways.

Outside of work, Josh is a dedicated supporter of the arts, actively engaging with Mural Arts Philadelphia and Fleisher Art Memorial. He and his husband, David, live in Point Breeze and love exploring the city—whether it’s discovering new restaurants, catching a concert, or taking a run along the Schuylkill River Trail.
